Designation :Technical Head (Solar Pump + Solar Pump Controller)
No. Of Vacancy: – 1 Nos.
B. Salary Range: – No Bar for Right Candidate
C. Location: Rajkot - Gujarat
D. Eligibility: -
I) Master or Graduates from Electrical/Electronic Background.
II) Having good proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi & English Language. (Writing &
Speaking)
III) Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Solar Pump & Controller field Must be
require.
IV) Ability to work as a Team Leader.
V) Excellent technical & managerial skills & Working knowledge of CRM
platforms
VI) Computer Skill Must be Require i.e. MS Office, Internet Etc…

E. Role & Responsibility: -
I) Design overall system based on workflow requirements.
II) Develop, design and test Solar Pump sets as per market requirement.
III) Discussion with the project guide and Head of Department on ways to
improve the design and to optimize performance.
IV) Prepare a require document and reports.
V) Finalize the product and Lab Testing coordination work as per
MNRE/KUSUM/ISI Etc. Guidelines.
VI) Choosing suitable components and methods based on the configurations
availability and requirements.
VII) Planning and Defining Scope
VIII) Time & Cost Estimating
IX) Team Leadership, Strategic Influencing, Controlling Quality.
X) Testing and remedies.
XI) Recommendations
XII) All Work from development to O&M
