Terms and Conditions

We have certain Terms & Conditions according to which the deals and negotiations are carried out. The conditions are designed keeping in mind the benefit of our clients. The following are our Terms & Conditions:

• No charge is levied on candidates.
• Our charges on annual CTC:-
• For officer, Executive and Assistant Manager level: 8.33%
• For Manager, Senior Manager and Zone Head level: 10%
• Assistant Vice President and Vice President level: 12.5%
• Applicable service tax will be levied on the gross invoice value.
• The candidate’s presence in the organization is looked upon from the date of joining till the first three months.
• In case if the candidate leaves the organization within the three months, the cost will be adjusted against other invoices or free replacement shall be provided for the same.
